States citizen age 18 or older who has resided in a municipality
(city, township or village) or ward within the municipality for
twenty-eight (28) consecutive days before any election is an eligible voter in that election
district or ward. |
 | Any United States
Citizen age 18 or older who moves within this state later than
twenty-eight (28) days prior to an election shall vote at his or her previous
election district or ward. |
 | Any person
convicted of treason, felony or bribery is not allowed to vote
unless his civil rights are restored. |
