Deeds, Mortgages, Land Contracts, Satisfactions, etc:  $11 for the first page and $2 for each additional page per document.  NOTE:  first page must have blank recording area in upper right hand corner or else add cover page for additional $2.

Termination of Decedent's Property Interest: $25.

Copies of Recorded Documents

Uncertified copies of the above documents are available for $2 for the first page and $1 for each additional page.  An additional $1 is charged for a certified copy.
