Subdivision Plats:  $50 per plat. Cemetery Plats: $50 per plat Condominium Plats:  $50 for the first page and $4 for each additional page. Copies of Filed Documents Uncertified copies for the above filed documents reduced to 8 1/2 by 14 inches or 11 by 17 inches are available for $2 for the first page and $1 for each additional page.  An additional $1 is charged for a certified copy. **Additional sizes are available for an additional fee.
