Buffalo County Partnership Council

The Buffalo County Partnership Council, established in 1992, is dedicated to finding ways to enhance positive youth and family development in our Buffalo County communities. Members consist of representatives of various county agencies, schools, and youth.


The Council is committed to countywide prevention efforts and community education surrounding the issues of underage drinking, youth substance use, bullying, teen dating violence, and community acceptance of alcohol.
